Portion Control: It’s okay to splurge now and again, but the key is to monitor the portion sizes. Depriving yourself of anything just makes you want it more.
Keep Moving: Maybe going to the gym isn’t as convenient with so many obligations right now such as holiday parties and dinners, but finding ways to keep moving like taking the stairs or going on a walk during lunch will burn some extra calories.
